As part of our continued integration into Deel we will be transitioning from our existing GSC (Global Service Center) portal and Safeguard Global email addresses to the new GSC portal on October 6th, 2025.
Highlights:
👉 New GSC Portal - Effective October 6th, 2025.
- The current GSC URL (servicecentre.safeguard-pay.com) will become obsolete on October 6th, 2025 and will be closed for new request submissions. All your existing open tickets will be migrated to the new portal.

Effective October 6th, 2025, the new Deel GSC portal will be live at (New URL) gp-help.letsdeel.com. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.
- To log in for the first time, it will be necessary to reset your password. The following steps outline this one-time process:
- 1. Proceed to the following link: gp-help.letsdeel.com/hc
2. Select "Sign In," located in the upper-right corner.
3. Choose "Forgot my password" within the subsequent pop-up window.
4. A new pop-up window will then appear, requesting your email address.
5. Upon submission of your email address, an email containing instructions for establishing your new password will be dispatched to you.
👉 New Deel Email addresses for raising requests - Effective October 6th, 2025.

Effective October 6th, 2025, our existing Safeguard Global email addresses will be replaced by new Deel domain emails, which are listed below.
- For all requests submitted via email on or after October 6th, 2025, please use the new Deel domain email addresses to ensure your request is received. Any requests sent to Safeguard Global address will not be received.
New Deel email addresses will be active from October 6th onward, after the migration.
